For myself I always think of "A child left to himself bringeth shame." to remind myself that when they do wrong it's because they were left to themself... I wasn't there to teach them better. (Because I was on facebook!) I also think of "Foolishness is bound in the ehart of a child but the rod of correction driveth it far from him" I am just quoting by memory so hopefully they are right. I don't say this to get pump of for chatisement but to just remind myself that children are foolish and Ishould not be surprised when my kids demonstrate that fact. I should expect it and be prepared to deal with it. It just helps take the "you're doing that bad thing AGAIN!!!" out of my attitude.<br /><br />I'm enjoying these recent posts.
